Cancellation/Refund Policy

We value every client that chooses Tiffany Towncar for their ground transportation needs while in Central Florida. From time to time a client might have a change in plans whenever traveling. 

If you have a prepaid reservation with Tiffany Towncar  and need to cancel for any reason; a full refund will be executed only if  we receive notice via telephone to our offices 48 hours prior to your initial pickup.  Otherwise the value of a One-Way of your reservation will be charged. 

A phone call to our office during business hours Monday thru Sunday 8:00am to 5:00 pm , and speaking to one of our reservations agents is required; even if you email Tiffany Towncar. Many  emails are lost in transit and do not constitute a valid cancellation. 

There are no refunds for partial transfers.
